Hawaiian Style Eggs

Served while vacationing at the Royal Lahaina Resort, Maui, Hawaii.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
2 slices ham, 1 inch thick
1 pineapple, skinned, sliced and diced
3 bananas, skinned and quartered
4 tablespoons honey or 1/3 cup brown sugar
6 eggs, beaten
Directions:
1. Chop ham slices into three pieces each. Melt the butter in large skillet. Add ham.
2. Fry until brown on both sides and remove from skillet. Keep warm on platter.
3. Put pineapple and bananas in skillet with the honey or brown sugar. Fry until they are barely soft, not mushy.
4. Remove fruit to the warm platter. Scramble the eggs in the skillet. Serve platter along with eggs so each guest gets a little of each item.
