My aunt passed this recipe along. Good for BBQs. Ingredients:
1/4 lb cooked ham, cut into pieces |
21 ounces pork and beans |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
1 cup pineapple, crushed |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and put into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour. |
