This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale several years ago and since then it has become a family favorite. Enjoy Ingredients:
1/2 head cabbage shredded |
3 carrots grated |
1 cup canned crushed pineapple drained |
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon grated fresh gingerroot |
1 teaspoon fennel seeds |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Combine cabbage, carrots, pineapple, vinegar, gingerroot and fennel then chill. 2. Stir in mayonnaise just before serving. |
