This sandwich features bacon, pineapple and bacon. An unusual twist but really good! Ingredients:
16 slices bacon |
8 slices toasted white bread |
1 (20 ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained |
8 slices cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. 2. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. 3. Drain and set aside. 4. Place 8 slices of toast on a baking sheet. 5. Place a slice of pineapple, two slices of bacon and a slice of cheese on each. Broil until cheese is melted. 6. Serve hot. |
