Hawaiian Pizza Appetizers (Puff Pastry) |

Light and flaky! Ingredients:
1/2 package pepperidge farm frozen puff pastry sheet (1 sheet) |
garlic powder |
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
1/4 cup thinly sliced smoked ham |
1/8 cup finely chopped green peppers or 1/8 cup red pepper |
1/4 cup crushed drained pineapple |
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed |
Directions:
1. THAW pastry sheet at room temperature 30 minutes. 2. Preheat oven to 400°F. 3. UNFOLD pastry on lightly floured surface. 4. Roll into 15x10-inch rectangle. 5. Cut in half lengthwise and place on 2 baking sheets. 6. Prick thoroughly with fork. 7. Sprinkle with garlic. 8. Bake 10 minutes. 9. Top with cheese, ham, pepper, pineapple and oregano. 10. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts. 11. Cut each pizza into 16 squares. 12. Makes 32 appetizers. |
