Ingredients:
3/4 cup basic tomato sauce
2 (7-oz.) packages individual prebaked pizza crusts
1 cup diced smoked ham
1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450°. Spread 3 Tbsp. Basic Tomato Sauce over each of 4 individual pizza crusts. Top each with 1/4 cup ham, 1/4 cup chopped pineapple, and 1 Tbsp. diced bell pepper. Sprinkle each with 2 Tbsp. cheese. Bake on middle oven rack 10 to 12 minutes.
2. Note: We tested with Natural Gourmet Kabuli Pizza Crust.
