Here is a fun pizza made with fruit instead of tomato sauce and cheese
Ingredients:
1 whole wheat english muffin (or whole oat bran or 2 small pita bread rounds)
1/4 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup strawberry, sliced
3 tablespoons crushed pineapple, well drained
Directions:
1. Toast muffin halves and spread with yogurt.
2. Spoon strawberries on muffin halves.
3. Sprinkle with crushed pineapple.
4. Eat and enjoy!
