The only thing that makes these hawaiian is the pineapple, but they are good. Ingredients:
4 cups flour |
2 tablespoons baking powder |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
4 eggs, beaten |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1 1/2 cups drained crushed pineapple |
Directions:
1. Sift dry ingredients. 2. Add eggs, milk, and butter. 3. Stir until smooth. 4. Add pineapple, mixing well. 5. Spoon into greased 3-inch muffin pans, filling 3/4 full. 6. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. |
