For Pork,Chicken,or Beef Ingredients:
1/4 cup sugar |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup cooking oil |
1/4 cup water |
2 teaspoons molasses |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 teaspoon ginger |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combinesugar, soy sauce, oil, water, molasses, garlic, ginger, mustard and salt in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour into a sealable glass container and store in the refridgerator. Shake before using. Marinate meat for atleast four hours before grilling. |
