Pineapple tidbits give island appeal to this sweet-and-sour ham dish from Ona Nelson of Muskegon, Michigan. Ingredients:

3 tablespoons cornstarch |
1-1/2 cups cold water |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
4 teaspoons prepared mustard |
2 medium green peppers, julienned |
hot cooked rice |
Directions:
1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set aside. In a skillet, stir-fry ham until golden. In a bowl, combine brown sugar and cornstarch.
