A nice fruity ham spread that can be served with crackers. Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups cooked lean ham (cubed or ground) |
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained well |
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar |
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves |
2 tablespoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and stir well. |
