2 lbs white cabbage |
3/4 cup carrot, grated |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
16 ounces canned crushed pineapple, drained |
1/2 cup raisins |
3 tablespoons white vinegar |
1/3 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients. Best if let sit 1 hour before serving. |
