I came up with this when I wanted cole slaw. It is a refreshing change. You can add any type of fruit that you wish.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 to 2 tablespoons milk
4 cups shredded cabbage, one bag already shredded
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained or crushed drained
1 can (8 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup to 1-cup coconut (optional)
1 medium purple onion (optional)
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and milk.
2. Place cabbage and the remaining ingredients in a large bowl; add
