I came up with this when I wanted cole slaw. It is a refreshing change. You can add any type of fruit that you wish. Ingredients:
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 to 2 tablespoons milk |
4 cups shredded cabbage, one bag already shredded |
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained or crushed drained |
1 can (8 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained |
1/2 cup to 1-cup coconut (optional) |
1 medium purple onion (optional) |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and milk. 2. Place cabbage and the remaining ingredients in a large bowl; add 3. dressing and toss. |
