Great tropical coffee to warm you up on cold winter evenings. Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut |
1/2 cup coffee |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Place milk and coconut in a small sauce pan and heat over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Strain the milk into a coffee cup. 4. Place the strained coconut on a baking sheet and bake for roughly 8 minutes or until the coconut is a light brown. 5. Add coffee to the coconut milk and top with the toasted coconut. |
