Here is a coffee to inspire tropical dreams. Ingredients:
1/4 cup ground kona coffee |
2 i/ 4 cups water |
1/2 cup coconut milk |
1 tablespoon of grated coconut |
Directions:
1. Brew the coffee and water. 2. Lightly brown the grated coconut in a saucepan. 3. Pour the hot coffee and coconut milk into a glass. 4. Sweeten as/if desired. 5. Stir. 6. Top with the toasted grated coconut and serve. |
