This is fantastic on crackers, on bread or over lettuce. Great flavors incorporated herein. Enjoy Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon onion powder |
1 apple |
1 can pineapple chunks |
1 pound red grapes |
1 cup pineapple juice |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Boil chicken until tender then remove skin and cut into small pieces. 2. Season with salt, pepper and onion powder. 3. Cut apple into small slices and cut grapes in half. 4. Drain pineapple and set juice aside then mix chicken, apple, grapes and pineapple. 5. Mix pineapple juice and mayonnaise thoroughly then add to salad and mix well then refrigerate. |
