4 cups cooked chicken, cubed |
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped |
1/2 cup pecans, chopped |
1/2 cup pineapple chunk |
1/2 cup coconut |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Rub bowl with garlic. 2. Toss all ingredients together except the coconut. Let sit overnight. Top with coconut before serving. |
