Sweet tangy chicken.. My mother-in-law gave me this recipe and we LOVE it! Ingredients:
4 skinless chicken breasts |
1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix |
1 (8 ounce) jar apricot-pineapple jam |
1 (16 ounce) bottle french dressing |
1/2 cup flour |
Directions:
1. Cut each chicken breast into 4 pieces, flour chicken lightly. Soup mix, jam, and dressing together. Pour over chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. |
