Different and delifhtful and especially great in the summertime. Ingredients:
16 oz cream cheese |
8 1/2 can crushed pineapple, drained |
1 1/2 cups finely chopped almonds |
1/4 cup chopped green or red bell pepper (or mix) |
2 tbs finely chopped red onion |
1 cup chopped almonds |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except one cup almonds. Roll into ball and roll in almonds. Chill well. 2. Variation: skip pineapple and add 24 stuffed olioves, chopped. Nuts can be walnuts, pecans, or whaever. |
