A friend brought something like this from Hawaii the last time she went. This is my copy of it. This is also great as a breading for shrimp, chicken or fish. Ingredients:
1/2 cup angelflake coconut (new moist pack not an old dry one) |
1 tablespoon grill mates southwestern maple seasoning |
Directions:
1. mix together well and place spread out on a cookie sheet. toast 5 minutes in a 350 oven. 2. turn oven off and leave 5 more minutes. 3. cool before putting in an air tight baggy |
