Sweet and tangy chicken Ingredients:
12 boneless skinless chicken thighs (4 ounces each) |
2 (8 ounce) cans unsweetened crushed canned pineapple, undrained |
1/4 cup sherry wine or 1/4 cup chicken broth |
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard |
1/4 cup honey |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Put Chicken in a shallow baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. 2. In a small bown, combine the pineapple, sherry or broth, mustard, honey and butter mix together. 3. spoon over chicken. 4. sprinkle paprika. 5. bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 35-45 minutes. |
