If you are a Coke lover who's also a chocoholic, then these brownies are just for you! Great with vamilla ice cream! Ingredients:

2 c. all-purpose flor |
2 c. sugar |
1 c. butter |
3 tbsp. cocoa |
1 c. coca-cola |
1/2 c. buttermilk |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 tsp. baking soda |
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows |
1 tsp. vanilla |
frosting |
1 c. margarine |
3 tbsp. cocoa |
6 tbsp. coca-cola |
1 (16 oz.) box powdered sugar (sifted) |
1 c. nuts (optional - i omit the nuts) |
1 tsp. vanilla |
combine margarine, cocoa, coca-cola and heat to boiling. pour over sugar. blend with mixer until smooth. add nuts, vanilla. pour over cake while frosting is hot. |
Directions:
1. BROWNIES
2. Sift flour and sugar.
3. Heat butter, cocoa and coca-cola to boiling; pour over sugar mixture. Mix buttermilk, eggs, baking soda, marshmallows and vanilla; add to mixture.
4. Mix well; batter will be thin.
5. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.
6. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
7. FROSTING
8. Combine margarine, cocoa, coca-cola and heat to boiling.
9. Pour over sugar.
10. Blend with mixer until smooth.
11. Add nuts, vanilla.
12. Pour over brownies while frosting is hot.
