This is one of my favorite cheese ball recipes. The combination of cream cheese, havarti and feta are unbeatable. Enjoy. Ingredients:
8 ounce package cream cheese softened |
1/2 cup shredded havarti cheese |
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese |
1 tablespoon dry white wine |
3/4 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano leaves |
2 medium green onions finely chopped |
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley |
2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper |

Directions:
1. Beat cheeses, wine, oregano and green onions in medium bowl with electric mixer on low speed until blended. 2. Beat on medium speed scraping bowl frequently until fluffy. 3. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. 4. Shape cheese mixture into a ball then roll in parsley and bell pepper and serve with crackers. |
