This came from Gaylord Hauser's book look younger, live longer I first tasted it at Cranks in London. Ingredients:
2 large carrots, sliced |
1 small onion, diced |
1 liter milk |
grated fresh nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender and puree. 2. Pour into a saucepan and heat to just below boiling point. 3. Adjust seasoning and serve. |
