A cheesy hashbrown casserole thats perfect to take as a sidedish to a party or dinner at home Ingredients:
1 package shredded hashbrowns with onion and peppers |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1 can cream of celery soup |
16 oz sour cream |
2-3 cups cheddar cheese |
1 bunch of green onion-chopped |
salt and pepper to taste |
2 cups crushed butter crackers (ritz) |
1/4 cup melted butter |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. pour hashbrowns in a large casserole dish 3. in large bowl mix all ingredients and 1 cup of cheddar cheese, set aside rest of cheese 4. pour mixture over hashbrowns and mix well 5. flattened top of casserole 6. sprinkle rest of cheese on casserole 7. add crushed crackers over casserole 8. pour melted butter of top. 9. cook for 30-45 mins 10. serve |
