A southern dish loaded with cheese, butter and hash browns. Ingredients:
2 pounds hash browns (thawed if they are frozen) |
1/2 cup melted butter |
1 cup onion, chopped |
2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese |
1/2 pint sour cream |
1 can cream of celery soup |
Directions:
1. Grease a 9x13 inch pan. 2. Combine hash browns and butter; set aside. 3. Mix together onion, cheddar cheese, sour cream and soup. Add to hash browns. Put into pan. 4. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, covered; uncover and bake 25 minutes more. |
