Very good, and very easy! Ingredients:
32 ounces frozen hash browns |
1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1 cup sour cream |
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 onion, diced |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all together. 2. Pour in 9x13 oven safe dish. 3. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. |
