This is a good recipe for a group. It may be made a day ahead of time & freezes well. Ingredients:
1 (907 g) package frozen hash browns |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup |
1 cup sour cream |
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese |
1/2 cup melted butter |
1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes |
Directions:
1. Mix together first 5 ingredients. 2. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. 3. Mix crushed corn flakes with melted butter. 4. Put on top of hash brown mixture. 5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. |
