Real comfort food!! Yummy! Ingredients:
2 lbs frozen hash browns |
4 cups water |
1 1/2 cups chopped onions |
1 cup sliced celery |
4 chicken bouillon cubes |
1/2 teaspoon celery seed |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
4 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup |
1 quart milk |
2 cups cubed cooked ham |
1 tablespoon parsley |
2 teaspoons garlic salt |
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled |
Directions:
1. In soup pot, mix first 7 ingredients; bring to a boil. 2. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes. 3. Add soup and milk; stir until smooth. 4. Add ham, parsley, and garlic salt. 5. Simmer for 15 minutes. 6. Add bacon and serve. |
