This potato casserole goes well with any kind of meat. YUMMY!! Ingredients:
2 lbs frozen hash browns, thawed |
1 cup diced onion |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1/2 cup melted butter |
2 cups sour cream |
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese |
salt & pepper |
1 cup crushed corn flakes |
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Place in a lightly greased 13x9 casserole dish. 3. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. |
