Low Carb Hash Brown Substitute Ingredients:
2 ounces cauliflower |
4 oz bacon |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 tbs butter |
1 salt |
1 pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon and onion until they just start to brown. 2. Add the cauliflower; cook and stir until the cauliflower is tender and browned all over. Add butter occasionally through the cooking process to assist with browning. 3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 4. Top with fried eggs for added flavor |
