This is a good recipe. Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen hash brown potatoes |
2 cups sour cream |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup melted butter |
1 tablespoon salt |
1 tablespoon onion, chopped |
2 cups crushed corn flakes |
1/4 cup melted butter |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Thaw hash browns. 2. Combine sour cream, soup and 1/2 cup butter. 3. Add salt, onion and cheese; mix well. 4. Add potatoes. 5. Place mixture in a 13x9-inch baking dish. 6. Combine 1/4 cup melted butter and cornflakes. 7. Sprinkle on top of mixture. 8. Bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes, or until golden brown. |
