A old favourite from my best friend's mother! Ingredients:
32 ounces hash browns |
2 cups light cheddar cheese |
1 cup fat free sour cream |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can healthy request cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1/2 cup butter |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix sour cream and soup together in a large bowl. 2. Add cheese, onion, salt and pepper. 3. Fold in hash browns and mix thouroughly. 4. Cook at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. |
