I have been making it for about 5 years now and everyone who eats it loves it. It is an easy side dish. Ingredients:
8 ounces sour cream |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
1 (32 ounce) package frozen shredded hash browns |
2 (14 ounce) cans condensed cream of potato soup |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl except the parmesan cheese. 2. Spread into greased 9 X 13 casserole dish. 3. Top with parmesan cheese. 4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes or until golden brown on top. |
