Fantastic for a Sunday Morning Bunch!! Ingredients:
32 ounces frozen hash brown potatoes (1 1/2 bags) |
1 cup sour cream |
2 cups cheddar cheese |
1 onion, grated |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1/2 cup melted butter |
2 cups corn flakes, crushed |
Directions:
1. Mix all together, except butter and corn flakes. 2. Put in a 9x11-inch pan. 3. Melt 1/4 cup butter. 4. Add corn flakes. Pour over ingredients. 5. Pour remainder of melted butter over ingredients. 6. Bake at 350F for 3/4 - 1 hour. |
