Hash Browns Ingredients:
200 g potatoes |
25 g butter |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Brush the sandwich toaster with a little sunflower oil and preheat to its highest setting. 2. In a bowl, roughly smash up the potatoes with the soft butter and seasoning. Divide the mixture into two and form the potatoes into two triangular patties roughly the same size as the recesses in your sandwich toaster. Press the patties together well. 3. Place the hash browns into the toaster, close the lid and cook for 9 minutes until crisp and golden. |
