This is my own recipe that I came up with after tweaking as recipe from one of our local church's cookbooks. It's outstanding. Ingredients:
1 bag of frozen shredded hash brown potatoes |
1 package of pre-cooked bacon, microwave prepared and crumbled |
(8-oz) sour cream |
1/3-cup ranch salad dressing |
(8-oz) shredded mild cheddar cheese |
1 bunch of green onions, chopped |
2 sticks margarine, melted |
tony’s seasoning (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Melt margarine. 2. Mix all ingredients except cheese for top. 3. Add salt, pepper and Tony’s seasoning to taste. 4. Top with cheese , cover and bake at 350̊ for 45 minutes. 5. Uncover and cook 5 more minutes. 6. Susana |
