A creamy, cheesy hash brown bake gets the extra flavor of Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Potato Soup. Ingredients:
1 (32 ounce) package frozen country-style hash-brown potatoes |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
2 cups sour cream |
2 (10.75 ounce) cans campbell's® condensed cream of potato soup |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into greased baking dish. Cover. 2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hour. Uncover and place under broiler for 2 to 3 minutes to brown top. |
