Posting here for safe keeping. Obviously, the green pepper rings are optional, mainly just a garnish to look pretty. Ingredients:
2 cups sour cream |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted |
1 (32 ounce) package frozen cubed hash brown potatoes, thawed |
2 cups cubed cooked pork |
1 lb process cheese, cubed (like velveeta) |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
2 cups crushed corn flakes |
1/2 cup margarine, melted |
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
3 green pepper rings |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine sour cream and soup. Stir in the hash browns, pork, process cheese, and onion. 2. Transfer to a greased 3-qt. baking dish. Toss cornflake crubms and margarine, sprinkle over the top. 3. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake 10 more minutes or until bubbly. Garnish with green pepper rings in center. |
