This is a great side potato dish. Simple, cheesey!!!!! Ingredients:
2 lb bag frozen hash browns |
2 c. milk or 1 pt of half and half |
1 stick margerine |
18 oz pkg grated cheese |
2/3 lb cubed velveeta |
1 tbsp minced onion flakes |
Directions:
1. Spread 2 lb bag frozen hash browns in 9x13 pan. 2. In medium saucepan, melt together milk or half and half, 1 stick margarine, 18 oz pkg grated cheese, 2/3 lb cubed velveeta, 1 Tbsp minced onion flakes. 3. Pour over patatoes, do not stir. 4. Bake 1 1/2 hour at 350 until brown and tender. |
