Hash browns are boring no more!
Ingredients:
32 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
2 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup diced ham
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
3. Add yellow onion and saute until soft.
4. Pour onion and butter mixture into a large bowl.
5. Add the rest of the ingredients and combine until well blended.
6. Pour mixture into a baking dish.
7. Bake for 45 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
