Think outside the box. I think this could be used for more than breakfast. Great for a crowd. HMMMM so tasty, so easy. Ingredients:
1 (32 oz) pkg frozen hash browns |
3/4 cup butter (melted) |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup |
1 (8 oz) sour cream |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
2 cups corn flakes, crushed |
Directions:
1. Combine potatoes, 1/2 cup of the butter, onion , soup, sour cream and cheese. Stir well. 2. Place in 2 1/2 qt. greased casserole. 3. Stir the remaining butter into the crushed cereal. 4. Sprinkle on potatoes and bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. |
