A great dish to serve at a brunch. Ingredients:
2 (1 lb) packages frozen hash brown potatoes, unthawed |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup, undiluted |
1 1/2 cups sour cream |
3 cups packed grated sharp cheddar cheese (approx. 12 oz) |
1 cup green onion, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon butter |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F Saute the green onions in butter for several minutes. Combine the all of the ingredients in a bowl, except for the paprika. Transfer the mixture to a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle the dish with paprika then bake until top is slightly golden, 65 - 75 minutes. |
