A yummy morning comfort food! Ingredients:
1 (1 lb) package frozen hash browns |
8 ounces light sour cream |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
6 ounces shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup butter (melted) |
2 teaspoons pepper |
Directions:
1. 1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. 2. Mix all ingredients together. 3. 3. Place in buttered casserole dish. 4. 4. Bake for 1 hour. 5. This recipe also freezes well! :-). |
