A lovely brunch casserole Ingredients:
3 cups hash browns |
2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded |
1 cup ham, diced |
4 eggs |
1 cup cream, fluid, half & half |
Directions:
1. Thaw hash browns and get moisture out by paper towels. Put hash browns in greased casserole pan. 2. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes. Layer cheese, ham, then cheese. Mix eggs and cream. Pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. |
