Ingredients:
2 stick(s) butter |
2 cup(s) corn flakes, crushed |
1-10 oz can(s) cream of chi soup |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
12 ounce(s) shredded cheddar cheese |
1-32oz package(s) shredded frozen hash browns |
1/2 small onion, chopped |
1-8 ounce(s) sour cream |
Directions:
1. Place the thawed potatoes in a 13x9 baking dish. Mix together 1/2 cup of melted butter, soup, cheese, sour cream,salt and onion in a med bowl. Pour over potatoes. Top with the crushes cornflakes and drizzle the remaining melted butter over the cornflakes. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes. |
