Yummy way to use left over roast beef. Taste good with ketchup on the side. This is a quick and easy meal to prepare. Total time from refrigerator to plate about 15 minutes. Ingredients:
2 oz rump roast, cooked and chopped |
2 oz new potatoes, boiled |
1 oz onion, chopped |
1 t extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. Coat skillet with 1 t of olive oil in small skillet. Turn on medium high stove. 2. Dice new potato and brown a few minutes in skillet. 3. Use blender or chopper to chop beef and onion together. 4. Put beef and onion in skillet. Cook until browned to your satisfaction. 5. Can use any type of left over roast. |
