this is a quick and easy cake... it uses a cake mix.... I have not tried this one because I don't have gluten free ingredients to beable to substitute.... but I have to admit the name of the cake caught my eye.!! Read more !! the recipe is from Great Party Recipes Ingredients:
1 package yellow cake mix |
1 small box instant vanilla pudding |
1/2 cup sugar |
4 eggs |
1/2 cup oil |
1/4 cup vodka |
1/4 cup galliano liqueur |
3/4 cup orange juice |
glaze |
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted |
2 tablespoons orange juice |
1 tablespoon vodka |
1 tablespoon galliano liqueur |
Directions:
1. Stir together the dry ingredients. Add the eggs and the other liquid ingredients and beat at medium speed for 3 or 4 minutes. Oil a bundt cake pan and dust it with flour. Pour in the cake batter. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45-50 minutes. Remove the cake from the bundt pan and pour the glaze (below) over the cake while it is still warm. Serves 8-12.
