This is a great booze cake for a party! Ingredients:
1 pkg. yellow or orange cake mix |
1/2 cup salad oil |
1/4 cup vodka |
4 eggs |
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding |
3/4 cup galliano |
3/4 cup orange juice |
1/2 cup sugar |
glaze |
1 cup icing sugar |
1 1/2 tbsp. galliano |
1 1/2 tbsp. vodka |
1 1/2 tbsp. orange juice |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 35o F. Mix altogether and beat for 5 minutes. Pour batter into really well greased 10 inch bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 45 - 55 minutes. Make sure its baked long enough (well browned) and standing away from edge of pan. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove to plate. Pour on glaze while cake is still warm.
