This is a very impressive cake for a dinner party. Very easy to do! Ingredients:
1/2 cup galliano |
2 tablespoons vodka |
1 (18 1/2 ounce) box yellow cake mix |
1 (3 3/4 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding |
4 eggs |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
1/2 cup orange juice |
1 tablespoon galliano |
1 tablespoon vodka |
1 tablespoon orange juice |
1 cup powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine all cake ingredients in lg bowl.
2. Mix on med for 3 minutes, or until smooth.
3. Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
4. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes or until done.
5. Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan.
6. Glaze: Place all ingredients in blender container.
7. Process until smooth.
8. Pour over warm cake.
